Many of our competitors have claims that they offer prompt reliable service. In a short time, you quickly realize their service is not prompt or reliable. At Boston Security integration, LLC, we guarantee same day/next day service. We truly understand that it is critical to your business that these systems continue to function. Our service technicians are typically seasoned veterans that have been in the industry for at least ten years. Our service technicians are extremely knowledgeable in the products we provide, have under-gone stringent product certification courses, are constantly challenged attend self improvement/customer service type seminars and are continually challenged to grow and become better customer service providers. If for any reason offering same day/next day service becomes a challenge, we will simply allocate additional members of our organization or hire additional members to handle the load.
At Boston Security Integration, LLC we believe that training is an essential step in the installation process. We can do the best job installing your system but if we fail to provide adequate training our customers will not fully benefit from the systems we install. For this reason, we provide multiple avenues for training. For every system that we install, we provide on-site training and product familiarization. Additionally, we provide web based training videos (below) that focus on the critical steps necessary to successfully administer and maintain your security system.
